REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7990

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DIKAPINISAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN LUIS, PROVINCE OF AURORA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DIKAPINISAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Dikapinisan, Municipality of San Luis, Province of Aurora, to be known as the Dikapinisan National High School.

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. casia

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
