LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1163

DIRECTING ALL LEAD SUPPORT AGENCIES, MINISTRIES OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND CORPORATIONS TO DESIGNATE ACTION OFFICERS TO THE KILUSANG KABUHAYAN AT KAUNLARAN NATIONAL SECRETARIAT

WHEREAS, the Kilusang Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran as a nationwide movement is a priority program of the government; cdt

WHEREAS, the Kilusang Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran as a nationwide movement is responsible in coordinating activities of various ministries, other government agencies and corporations and private sectors at the national, regional, provincial and municipal levels to implement development program/projects;

WHEREAS, there is a need to mobilize personnel of other ministries, other government agencies and corporations to provide support to the Secretariat;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS by virtue of the authority vested in me as Chairman of the Pambansang Lupon and in accordance with the Executive Order No. 715 establishing the Kilusang Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran as a priority program of government providing for its organizational machinery and for other purposes, do hereby, direct all Ministries, other government agencies and government corporations to designate Action Officers to the Kilusang Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran National Secretariat. casia

For the Interim operationalization of the KKK, the Action Officers shall be assigned to the KKK Secretariat. It is the primary function of the Action Officers to coordinate KKK projects of their respective Ministries, agencies and corporations and provide the following support: cdt

1. Provision of assistance in the identification of livelihood projects for approval.

2. Assistance in the completion of KKK project approval documents.

3. Coordination with the designated KKK Action Officers at the National, Regional, Provincial and Municipal levels with regard to KKK projects and activities.

4. Preparation and submission of Directory of KKK-financial and KKK-affiliated projects.

5. Preparation of reports for submission to the Pambansang Lupon. acd
