CREATING AND DESIGNATING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED AT SALES ROAD CORNER ANDREWS AVENUE, VILLAMOR AIRBASE, PASAY CITY, AS TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE WITH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPONENT PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
