PROPOSED PROCLAMATION CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS EROS BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A 1,941 SQUARE METER LOT LOCATED AT CORNER REAL, DR. V. LOCSIN & CERVANTES STREETS, BRGY. 3, DUMAGUETE CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 10-056 dated 15 February 2010 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the EROS Building as an Information Technology Center which was established on a lot located at Corners Real, Dr. V. Locsin & Cervantes Streets, Brgy. 3, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, containing an area of One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty One (1,941) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: aESHDA

A parcel of land (Pcn-07-000320, being a consolidation of Lots 889-A-2, Psd-07-03-005536, and Lots 888-B, 888-C and Lot 888-D, all of Psd-60104) situated in the Barangay of Poblacion, City of Dumaguete, Island of Negros.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Cervantes Street, (15.00 meters wide), on the NW., along line 2-3 by Locsin Street (15.00 meters wide), on the NE., along line 3-4 by Real Street (15.00 meters wide), on the SW., and SE., along lines 4-5-6-7 by Lot 888-A-1, Psd-07-03-005536, on the SE., along line 7-8 by Lot 6116, along line 8-9 by Lot 887, both of Dumaguete, CAD. 96, on the NW., and SW., along lines 9-10-11 by Lot 888-E, Psd-60104, and on the SW., along lines 11-12-1 by Cervantes Street (15.00 meters wide).
