SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 108-2021
In view of the appointment of the former Court Administrator, the Hon. Jose Midas P. Marquez, as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, in the interest of public service, and pending the appointment of a regular Court Administrator, Deputy Court Administrator Raul B. Villanueva is hereby designated as Officer-In-Charge in the Office of the Court Administrator, and shall exercise the functions and perform the duties as the head of office effective upon the issuance of this Memorandum Order and until the appointment of the regular Court Administrator, or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
