This initiative responds to the country's vulnerability to various natural and human-induced disasters, aiming to assist judges and court personnel during such events. The circular outlines specific reporting protocols, requiring timely initial and progress reports from court officials following a disaster, as well as designated contact persons for communication. Additionally, the OCA CDCMRT will evaluate reports and coordinate responses with relevant offices, ultimately submitting a terminal report for review and improvement of disaster response systems.
