CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS ANSON'S CENTRE ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 23 ADB AVENUE, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, METRO MANILA AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-207 dated 07 May 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Anson's Centre established on a parcel of land located at 23 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY NINE (1,749) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: CcAESI

A parcel of land (Lot 2, Block 12 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-144362 being a portion of Block 12 (LRC) Psd-105493, sheet 1, LRC Rec. No. 699, 875 & 917), situated in the Barrio of Oranbo, Municipality of Pasig, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., points 2 to 3 by Lot 1, Block 12 on the E., points 3 to 4 by Lot 9, Block 12; on the S., points 4 to 1 by Lot 3, Block 12, all of the subdivision plan; and on the W., points 1 to 2 by Lot 2, (LRC) Pcs-10495, (Proposed Road).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 79 deg. 25'E., 869.54 m. from BLLM 1, Wack-Wack;
