DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1976, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CAVITE CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 7, 1976, marks the 36th foundation anniversary of the City of Cavite; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Cavite City desire to celebrate this milestone in their City's history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 7, 1976, as a special public holiday in Cavite City.
