DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 16, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS
WHEREAS, Saturday, January 16, 2010, marks the 104th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Navotas; AECacS
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Navotas the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare January 16, 2010 as a non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, January 16, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
