DECLARING FRIDAY, JANUARY 16, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS
WHEREAS, Friday, January 16, 2009, marks the 103rd Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Navotas; TIaEDC
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, January 16, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
