DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 16, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY
WHEREAS, Saturday, January 16, 2010, marks the celebration of the feast day of Sto. Niño, the patron saint of the City of Batangas; IcSEAH
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Batangas full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare January 16, 2010 as special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, January 16, 2010, as special (non-working) day in Batangas City.
