DECLARING SATURDAY, AUGUST 1, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Saturday, August 1, 2009, marks the 61st Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GABRIEL S. CLAUDIO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, August 1, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley. ScAIaT
