PROCLAMATION NO. 775
DECLARING THURSDAY, 01 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, on 01 August 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley, will mark its 71st Founding Anniversary and the 13th Buganihan Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; and
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 01 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley.
