PROCLAMATION NO. 1859
DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, Friday, September 4, 2009, marks the 55th Foundation Day anniversary and 14th Kariyawan Festival of the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley; DHaEAS
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 4, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
