PROCLAMATION NO. 251
DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley marks the celebration of its 60th Founding Anniversary on 23 July 2017;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley, to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley requested that Friday, 21 July 2017 be declared as a special non-working day, instead of 23 July 2017, which falls on a Sunday; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
