DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON
WHEREAS, Wednesday, November 4, 2009, the Province of Quezon marks the remembrance and recognition of the heroism of Hermano Puli, the great man from Lukban, Quezon; aDCIHE
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, November 4, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
