PROCLAMATION NO. 1671
DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI
WHEREAS, Friday, November 28, 2008, marks the 16th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Sarangani; CAaDTH
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, November 28, 2008 as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 21st day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eight.
