PROCLAMATION NO. 91
DECLARING MONDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI
WHEREAS, on 28 November 2022, Monday, the Province of Sarangani will mark the celebration of its 30th Founding Anniversary and the 20th MunaTo Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 28 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 11th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
