Declaring November 13 as a Special Public Holiday in Pangasinan
Republic Act No. 6721, approved on March 20, 1989, designates November 13 of each year as a special non-working holiday in the Province of Pangasinan. This holiday commemorates the birth anniversary of the late Speaker Eugenio Perez. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on May 29, 1989.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6721
AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER THIRTEEN OF EACH YEAR A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN
SECTION 1. In order to commemorate the birth anniversary of the late Speaker Eugenio Perez, November Thirteen of each year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in the Province of Pangasinan. acd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
