REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8254
AN ACT DECLARING JULY EIGHT OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUINSILIBAN, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN, TO BE KNOWN AS "GUINSILIBAN CHARTER DAY"
SECTION 1. July eight is the charter day anniversary of the Municipality of Guinsiliban, Province of Camiguin, and its celebration is highlighted with colorful parade, participated in by all barangays, stage drama, sports festival, and beauty pageant.
SECTION 2. July eight of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking public holiday in the Municipality of Guinsiliban.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
