REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8253
AN ACT DECLARING JULY ONE OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAHINOG, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN, TO BE KNOWN AS "MAHINOG CHARTER DAY"
SECTION 1. July one is the charter day anniversary of the Municipality of Mahinog, Province of Camiguin, and its celebration is highlighted with colorful parade and beauty pageant.
SECTION 2. July one of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking public holiday in the Municipality of Mahinog.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
