REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8252

AN ACT DECLARING JULY SIX OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBAJAO, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN, TO BE KNOWN AS "MAMBAJAO CHARTER DAY"

SECTION 1. July six is the charter day anniversary of the Municipality of Mambajao, Province of Camiguin, and its celebration is highlighted with colorful parade, stage drama, and beauty pageant.

SECTION 2. July six of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking public holiday in the Municipality of Mambajao.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
