PROCLAMATION NO. 1969
DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO
WHEREAS, January 5 to 10, 2010 marks the 70th Foundation Anniversary & Hinugyaw Festival in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato; TAacHE
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Koronadal celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, January 11, 2010 be declared as special non-working day instead of January 10, 2010, which falls on a Sunday;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 11, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 6th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
