PROCLAMATION NO. 106
DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO
WHEREAS, on 10 January 2023, Tuesday, the City Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 83rd Founding Anniversary and the Hinugyaw Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 10 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 1st day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
