DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
WHEREAS, Friday, September 18, 2009, marks the 57th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur; cDAISC
WHEREAS, in order to give the residents of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur, the opportunity to participate in this meaningful event, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 18, 2009 as non-working holiday.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 18, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
