PROCLAMATION NO. 1822
DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 10, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF STA. ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, on Friday, July 10, 2009, Sta. Rosa celebrates the 5th Year Anniversary of its conversion into a city; DTCSHA
WHEREAS, the July 10, 2004 successful referendum paved the way to the continuous growth and development of the City earning its name "Gateway to the South";
WHEREAS, it is only fitting to celebrate in thanksgiving and to allow the different sectors to participate therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by the power of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, July 10, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Sta. Rosa, Province of Laguna.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Nine.
