DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 10, 2008, marks the 4th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna; TcCDIS

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, July 10, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
