PROCLAMATION NO. 981
DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 JULY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, on 10 July 2020, Friday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 16th Cityhood Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 10 July 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 8th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
