PROCLAMATION NO. 2005
DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA
WHEREAS, Friday, February 26, 2010, marks the 73rd Charter Day Anniversary of Zamboanga City; CHATEa
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Zamboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 26, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
