PROCLAMATION NO. 2283
DECLARING DAGAT-DAGATAN AS THE SITE OF THE KKK REGIONAL PROCESSING CENTER FOR THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION
WHEREAS, the Ministry of Human Settlements under its Shelter-Cum-Livelihood Program have succeeded in integrating the provisions of shelter and livelihood for its beneficiaries;
WHEREAS, there is a necessity to activate a KKK Regional Processing Center in the National Capital Region to serve as a show case for the establishment, operation and maintenance of self-reliant and economically viable agro-industrial processing area; and aisa dc
WHEREAS, Dagat-Dagat is an area wherein massive government investments have been poured to vigorously implement a comprehensive and integrated shelter and livelihood related programs and projects in order to achieve political commitments envisioned to benefit the greatest number of people;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and existing laws, and in relation to Section 8 of the Executive Order No. 866, do hereby declare Dagat-Dagatan as the site of the KKK Regional Processing Center for the National Capital Region.
