DECLARING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY PUCSUSAN, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON AS WATERSHED RESERVATION

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for watershed purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of land situated in Barangay Pucsusan, Baguio City, Island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows: cEITCA

A parcel of land (Swo-131102-000430) being a portion, proposed watershed, situated at Res. Sec. "D", City of Baguio, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Outlook Drive (20.00 m. wide); on the SW., along line 2-3-4, by existing Barangay Road (3.00 m. wide); on the N. and NE., along lines 4-5-6-7 by Pasiteng Basilio; on the E., along lines 7-8-9; by Baroy Cois; on the SW., along lines 9-10-11 by Baroy Cois; on the S., and SE., along lines 11-12-13 by Mid-Pasig Land Development Corporation (T-30481, TSI-V-6748-D); on the S., along line 13-1 by Lot 212, RS-899 Elizabeth K. Fairchild.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 70 deg. 40'E., 417.18 m. from Triangulation station "GULLICK", Baguio Townsite, thence;
