PROCLAMATION NO. 1222
DECLARING THURSDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS, on 30 September 2021, Thursday, the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate, will mark the celebration of its 21st Cityhood Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 30 September 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 21st day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
