PROCLAMATION NO. 51
DECLARING FRIDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE
WHEREAS, Friday, 30 September 2016, marks the 16th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 30 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
