PROCLAMATION NO. 1022
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS, on 30 September 2020, Wednesday, the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate, will mark the celebration of its 20th Cityhood Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 30 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 25th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
