PROCLAMATION NO. 1163
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 JUNE 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE
WHEREAS, on 23 June 2021, Wednesday, the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of its 14th Charter Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 June 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 14th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
