PROCLAMATION NO. 87
DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE
WHEREAS, on Thursday, 20 October 2016, the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte marks the 150th birth anniversary of General Artemio "El Vibora" Ricarte; HTcADC
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 19th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Sixteen.
