PROCLAMATION NO. 1111
DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS, on 18 March 2021, Thursday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 120th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 18 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 10th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
