PROCLAMATION NO. 923
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS, on 18 March 2020, Wednesday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 119th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 9th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
