PROCLAMATION NO. 392
DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BARANGAY BATASAN, SAN JOSE, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO
WHEREAS, the Commission on Elections will conduct a plebiscite on Friday, 05 January 2018, to ratify the creation of Barangay Naibuan consisting of fifteen (15) sitios, to be taken out of Barangay Batasan, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro; and
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of Barangay Batasan, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro the opportunity to actively and fully participate in the plebiscite and exercise their right to vote, it is but fitting and proper to declare 05 January 2018 as a special non-working day;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, MENARDO I. GUEVARRA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 05 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in Barangay Batasan, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
