PROCLAMATION NO. 388
DECLARING MONDAY, 15 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO
WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the celebration of the 23rd Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras) on Monday, 15 January 2018; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 15 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
