PROCLAMATION NO. 1040
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON
WHEREAS, on 04 November 2020, Wednesday, the Province of Quezon will mark the death anniversary of its local hero Apolinario dela Cruz, also known as Hermano Puli; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 30th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
