PROCLAMATION NO. 73
DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON
WHEREAS, on 04 November 2022, Friday, the Province of Quezon will mark the commemoration of the death anniversary of its local hero, Apolinario dela Cruz, also known as Hermano Puli;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 04 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 14th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
