REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7682
AN ACT DECLARING MARCH NINE OF EVERY YEAR A NON-WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ABRA, TO BE KNOWN AS "ARYA ABRA DAY"
SECTION 1. The Philippine Legislature enacted on March 9, 1917 Act No. 2683, which segregated Abra from Ilocos Sur and gave it full provincial status. cdt
SECTION 2. March nine of every year is hereby declared a special non-working public holiday in the Province of Abra, to be known as "Arya Abra Day."
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
