REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7685
AN ACT DECLARING MARCH 16 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, TO BE KNOWN AS "ARAW NG DABAW"
SECTION 1. The City of Davao was created by virtue of Commonwealth Act No. 51 which took effect on March 16, 1936. cd
SECTION 2. March 16 of every year is hereby declared as a special non-working public holiday in the City of Davao, to be known as the "Araw ng Dabaw."
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. casia
