Declaration of February 11 as Gov. Evelio B. Javier Day
Republic Act No. 7601, enacted on June 3, 1992, designates February 11 of each year as Governor Evelio B. Javier Day, a special nonworking public holiday in the provinces of Antique, Capiz, Aklan, and Iloilo. This holiday is established to honor the death anniversary of the late Governor Evelio B. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7601
AN ACT DECLARING FEBRUARY 11 OF EACH YEAR GOVERNOR EVELIO B. JAVIER DAY, A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCES OF ANTIQUE, CAPIZ, AKLAN AND ILOILO
SECTION 1. In order to commemorate the death anniversary of the late Governor Evelio B. Javier, February Eleven of each year is hereby declared Governor Evelio B. Javier Day, a special nonworking public holiday in the Provinces of Antique, Capiz, Aklan and Iloilo. cd i
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
