REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6941
AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST NINE OF EVERY YEAR AS GOVERNOR ROQUE B. ABLAN, SR. DAY, A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE
SECTION 1. August Nine of every year is hereby declared as Governor Roque B. Ablan, Sr. Day, a special holiday in the Province of Ilocos Norte to celebrate the birthday and commemorate the memory of the late governor and labor leader. cdt
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
