Creation of Position of Asst. Provincial Fiscal for Antique
Republic Act No. 3342, enacted on June 18, 1961, establishes the position of one Assistant Provincial Fiscal for the Province of Antique. This Act reenacts the twenty-sixth subparagraph of the first paragraph of Section 1674 of the Administrative Code, which had been amended previously. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3342
AN ACT CREATING THE POSITION OF ONE ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, REENACTING FOR THE PURPOSE THE TWENTY-SIXTH SUBPARAGRAPH OF THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The twenty-sixth subparagraph of the first paragraph of Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code is hereby reenacted and shall read as follows: casia
"Antique, one assistant provincial fiscal;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
