Creation of Additional Position of Asst. Provincial Fiscal for Cagayan

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3535

AN ACT CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cagayan is further amended to read as follows:

"Cagayan, six assistant provincial fiscals;"

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
