Creation of Additional Position of Asst. Provincial Fiscal in Antique

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5536
AN ACT CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Antique, is further amended to read as follows: casia
"Antique, three assistant provincial fiscal;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
