Creation of Barrios in Certain Municipalities of Davao
Republic Act No. 2868, enacted on June 19, 1960, establishes new barrios in various municipalities within the Province of Davao. Specifically, it creates the barrio of Ceboza from the Municipality of Matanao, the barrio of Sta. Cruz from the sitio of Sta. Cruz in the Municipality of Asuncion, and the barrio of Cacao from the sitio of Cacao in the Municipality of Panabo. The Act takes effect immediately upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on March 13, 1961.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2868
AN ACT CREATING BARRIOS IN CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO
SECTION 1. The place known as Ceboza is separated from the poblacion of the Municipality of Matanao, Province of Davao, and is constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Ceboza.
SECTION 2. The sitio of Sta. Cruz in the Municipality of Asuncion, same province, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Sta. Cruz. cd i
SECTION 3. The sitio of Cacao in the Municipality of Panabo, same province, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Cacao.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
